"I recently visited this place and had a generally positive experience. The office was clean and organized, and the lady at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions in a professional manner. However, I was surprised when I was quoted a monthly rate of $600 for just one car. While I understand that insurance premiums can vary based on different factors, this price seemed unusually high and left me wondering why it had increased so much. Despite the great service from the staff, the steep premium was difficult to comprehend and made me question whether I could afford this option. I really appreciated the assistance from the staff, but I hope I can gain more clarity on what’s driving such a high rate so that I can make a more informed decision moving forward."
